ALESIS - CODA - Digital Piano
The Alesis Coda Digital Piano is a full sized, 88 key digital piano with 20 in built piano voices from industry-leading virtual instrument developers AIR and SONiVOX. This digital piano is ideal for a wide range of performing and recording requirements, and have the versatility and rich sound today’s musicians are looking for.
The Coda is the perfect solution for times when a full size keyboard is needed, but portability and affordability is also a priority. The 20 built-in voices including Grand and Electric Piano and Drawbar Organ, can be split or layered. This allows you to play two voices simultaneously. Players can easily select the perfect style needed for a performance with over 50 piano accompaniment styles, such as Slow Rock, Vienna Waltz, Jazz Pub, to choose from.
This digital piano is great for teaching. A Lesson mode splits the keyboard into two areas that have the same pitch and voice. this is ideal for teaching children, allowing the student to play along with the teacher. A built in metronome ensures that they are always on time and on the beat. Furthermore, there are 60 preset songs to play along to, or record your own using the User Record mode.
A USB-MIDI port allows players to hook the Coda up to their computer. This gives full 88 key control of their virtual instrument software or plug-ins, which can be used in recording and also live. Two 1/4" headphone inputs allow to silently practice and the stereo 1/4" aux input allows you to play along to external sound sources.
